Reel deposits will be invoiced at the same time of shipment. Reels are not subject to discounts or rebates, but will be subjected to GST (TPS).

The deposit placed on the reel will be refunded to the original purchaser when the reel is returned to Northern Cables Inc. Return transporation will be arranged by and paid for by Northern Cables Inc. for truckload quantities of returned reels.

Reels must be returned within two years to be refunded.

Reels which are severely damaged will not be eligible for credit against the reel deposit.
