Founded in 1996, Northern Cables Inc. maintains a hundred
year tradition of high quality cable manufacture in
Brockville Ontario Canada. The company occupies a well
equipped, modern, 64,000 square foot plant on a fully
serviced ten acre site.
Located in the industrial north-east, the company benefits
from an ideal location in the Quebec-Windsor corridor
close to major border crossings. Excellent road, rail,
and seaway transportation give rapid and economical
access to North America and overseas markets.
Our manufacturing facility operates continuously twenty-four
hours per day seven days per week. We insulate all copper
conductors for RW90 and THHN used in the manufacture
of our cables. Our custom extrusion lines have thermoplastic
PVC-Nylon dual insulation, and thermoset cross-linked
polyethylene capability. We also jacket cables up to
2.25" in diameter with ultra-violet resistant PVC.
A full range of armoring machines includes high speed
dual drive units. Custom length cables and long lengths
can be produced as required to meet customer needs.

Northern Cables brings together an exceptional
team of engineers, managers, skilled cable machine
operators, maintenance and support personnel all
with years of experience in wire and cable production.
The team is able to design, manufacture and test
both standard and custom cables, and can provide
armouring (both steel and aluminum up to 4"
in diameter), colored jackets (up to 2.25"
in diameter), and composite constructions.
